We do our best to offer the lowest prices for quality items. All prices are subject to change without notice since our suppliers also have this policy. Discounts are available for most items covered by Blanket Purchase Orders. Please call for details.

same day shipment policy

We ship stock items the same day as the order is received.

Can't wait for ups?

Many Stock Items are available for customer pickup at our distribution centers during our normal service hours. Please call in advance so that we can have your order ready when your driver arrives. We can also ship over-night express using the carrier of your choice.

Insurance

We automatically insure all shipments. If you do not want this service, please let us know. However, you will be responsible for merchandise once the carrier signs for it at our shipping dock.

Technical Assistance

We are pleased to offer "no-obligation" technical assistance. Our experience gained in successfully serving hundreds of EDM supply customers is available to help solve your EDM problems. Please feel free to call us for assistance on any EDM problem: application, detailed technical data, machine trouble-shooting.

Barcode Tags

We attach bar code tags to all items which are shipped from our stock. The tags serve a number of important functions:

1. Quality Assurance - All items are laser scanned and computer checked to your sales order before shipment to assure that you receive exactly what you ordered.

2. Easy Re-Ordering - These barcode tags contain part number and item description information and are easily removed from the product to serve as a re-order requisition.

3. Lot Tracing - In the unlikely event of a material problem, the lot number printed on the tag helps quickly trace and isolate potentially defective stock.

RETURNED MERCHANDISE
1. Defective Merchandise

A. EDM Supplies - We will promptly replace the item or issue a credit for the full purchase price of any unused defective EDM supplies we sell provided that we are notified of the defect within 30 days of purchase and that our inspection of the returned merchandise confirms that it does not conform to the manufacturer's published specifications. Partial credit will be issued for the defective used EDM supplies based upon either the unused product returned or the percentage of expected service life achieved before removal from service due to the defect.

B. EDM Accessories - EDM accessories are guaranteed by the manufacturer. Please consult your instruction manual for warranty information. We will gladly expedite warranty claims for any EDM accessory purchased from us.

2. Merchandise that is returned for reasons other than defects as outlined above may be subject to a restocking charge.

3. Special order merchandise that is not defective may not be returned for credit.

RETURNED MERCHANDISE PROCEDURES
1. If you are not satisfied with any items purchased from us, please call us first. We will send you a Return Material Authorization along with pre-paid return shipping labels.

2. Enclose the RMA along with the item you are returning. (Make a copy for your records.)

3. Securely package the item and ship it back to us. We will issue the appropriate credit to your account promptly upon receipt and inspection of the returned item.

DAMAGED ITEMS
Please carefully inspect packages before accepting them from the carrier. If the package is damaged (torn, punctured, crushed or creased) refuse to accept delivery. Do not sign for it.

If you receive a damaged package, we will replace the merchandise and handle the claim for insured packages.

If you sign for a damaged package, we cannot accept responsibility for it.
